Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Please note that custom orders and seconds items are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using an insured method as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments. Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process.

Bespoke Commissions

We evaluate custom pieces and special orders individually and may not accept every project. For approved custom orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before beginning the project, with the remaining balance due upon receipt of the item. Custom items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

Order Processing: Items described as one of a kind generally ship within 3 business days of ordering. All other pieces are made to order with an approximate 4-6 week fabrication time, as detailed in each product description. Domestic Shipping (US): We offer free shipping on all domestic US orders via UPS 2day with tracking and signature required. Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing before shipment.

International Shipping: For shipping outside the US, please contact our studio directly for options and pricing.
