Returns

Each piece is made to be lived with.
If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please take a moment to inspect your piece upon arrival.
If it arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, reach out, and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Pieces

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final and cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
